Location just off was easy to find and messe and the bus station and comfy beds. Adequate and great breakfast, a huge variety of options available. Fast check-in, generally great service.

The restaurant was nice, nice service, healthy food. The location was marvellous and cozy: shopping malls and a supermarket were within walking distance. Everything was great and within 15 minutes' drive of Thalerhof airport.

The atmosphere is friendly, friendly multilingual staff at reception desk. The rooms are well-equipped and air-conditioned with comfortable beds and smoke detectors.

Convenient location near public transportation and away from noise. Ample parking available. Enjoyed the facilities offered, such as children's playroom and conference room.

Room cleanliness was subpar, with hair found on bathroom walls. Limited electrical plugs in the room.

It was value for money given the price and the easy access to public transport to go the city center (only about 15minutes by bus).

You can easily hear the noise from the room above you especially when people walk with heels. They don't have electricity adapters in the reception, but well, this is just a hostel, and for a hostel, it was quite good.

Too far from the city centre for me.. I am not lazy but noiteveryone like to walk.. Could have made the soft drinks dispenser self serving after 1am.. There are some who like their coke at all times.. I know I was in another country but a few more english speaking chanels on yuor TV package would be nice.. You only have CNN and Eurosport... Why not even BBC World..

To be hones: 1. The staff (exception 2 people) was angry all the time, why? Sorry do you have coffee? Do you have a key for this and that? They were always angry. The City of Graz is full of joyful people and i got the unfriedly ones. 2. Spiders in my room 3. The frigde was smelly and dirty 4. The bathroom - i´ve waited probably 5 min. for the hot water But probably that is what you get for € 40,-

The hotel had a great location close to the city center and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable.

The furniture was old and worn out, the bathroom was outdated, and the shower was difficult to use. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy.
